They do not meet the delivery date on devices when you make the apple care valid, and they lie to you saying that your device was randomly selected and that apple has it, apple confirmed that they do not do that, the delivery date has already passed and I still do not have an answer when I will receive my cell phone.

The staff is very good and provides good service, at least the men because the only lady I have seen there makes a bad face at you or serves without enthusiasm and if they can avoid buying a protector for their cell phone because they are expensive but they sell you a “guarantee” paying 50% of the value when it breaks but there are never any replacements for guarantees, and I tell you because it happened to me with two different teams to the point that it made me angry to ask. Advice, buy the protector for your screen but do not expect to apply the aforementioned guarantee. ✌🏻

Excellent service and customer service, almost like the Apple Store in Tucson. I took my iPhone for warranty and their work was excellent, although the equipment replacement took 8 days (due to the packaging, not theirs), their service and attention in this iShop was excellent. The truth is highly recommended over the iShop Galleries.

The place was full and few people took care of their distancing. Yes, they ask for face masks and there is gel at the entrance. We went looking for a product and at that time they did not have it in stock, they agreed that it would arrive the following week and we left a phone number so they could notify us, it's been like four weeks and nothing.
